BL Technology is a UL 508A and ISO 9001 system integrator and control panel

fabricator for the Water/Wastewater, Oil & Gas, and petrochemical

industries.

1 Project Manager - Instrumentation & Control Systems

. Manage control system/SCADA projects up to $2.5 Million from inception

to completion.

. Analyze bid requests, determine scope, and estimate electrical design

and engineering man-hours for proposals.

. Currently managing the design and system integration of three

independent Surface Water Treatment Plants in Fort Bend County

totaling $2.0 Million (40% of company's industrial revenue) on time

and within/under budget. Each project utilizes Allen-Bradley

ControlLogix PLC platforms, FactoryTalk HMI/SCADA, and

wireless/fiber/Ethernet communication systems.

. Returned a troubled Waste Water Treatment Plant expansion project that

was 3-months behind schedule to on-schedule and under budget. Project

included tying a new Siemens S7 PLC into existing plant SCADA, along

with providing secondary pump controls for local operation.

. Designed/implemented in-house Field Inspection and Test Report,

revised the company's Panel Check-Out & Quality Control Report, and

wrote several Safety and Operating procedures.

. Prepared Project submittals, Operation and Instruction Manuals, Loop

drawings etc... to meet with customer specifications.

Project Manager - Security & Video Surveillance Systems

. Program and Install Access Security and Fire Alarm Systems following

new Homeland Security regulations.

. Designed and currently managing the installation of video surveillance

ISD Schools in view of providing full video surveillance that is

. Implemented full system integration at the Houston North East Water

Plant using Sigmax Video Analytics.

. Currently managing a $2M project with Enterprise Products installing a

DSX Card Access system at all their truck terminal sites over the U.S.

. Per Customer requirements, designed intrusion and detection alarm

systems as a Bosh Alarm System Integrator. Also introduced

Programmable Key Access systems (Cyberlock) to new customers that

needed a cost effective and secure access system that could be used

remotely. Offered solutions and negotiated applications to solve

customer problems and provided comprehensive solutions.
