Successfully developed a one-acre tract of land in response

to the plans of a major competitor to locate in close

proximity near a current Gold Star Chili. Located and

purchased 1.35 acre tract which was subsequently subdivided

and sold to Blockbuster Video, creating revenue to finance

the development and construction of a new 2400 sq. ft. Gold

Star Chili store in the new location.
