• Worked in a warehouse environment pulling parts orders. This included but was not

limited to 10-15 orders a day. These orders consisted of parts for Angio(anything inserted

into an artery or blood vessel I.E Catheters, IV’s, and balloons for the heart), Syringe

orders which included syringes for different types of medication that needed to be

administered into an IV or simply into the body. These orders also included pulling parts

that were just simply made to be connected to specific machines in the medical field.

• Forklift Certified 08/2007

• Pulled parts orders that required to be in a special room so that there was no

contamination to the parts, such as dirt or dust particles. These orders were also for the

same medical procedures as mentioned above. Medical parts that were pulled for these

orders included but was not limited to needles, wires, inserts, labels, labels, trays, and

pouches.

• Worked on a variety of assembly lines in angio putting together medical devices with the

parts that were pulled in the parts crib(warehouse) and inner parts crib.

• Placed the devices inside of trays or pouches, prepared them for shipment, sealed them, and

sent them to Quality Control for inspection.

the Technical Assurance Program package that insured a customers product. When

something would go wrong with their computers or external hardware, this package

would allow a computer technician to travel to the customers location, and

fix the problem.
