strategies, which played a key role in growing sales revenue in
CY2003 from $380 million (with $20 million EBITDA) to nearly
$500 million (with $40 million EBITDA) by the end of CY2004.
. Replaced inefficient managers with dynamic leadership accustomed
to supervising indigenous labor, streamlined work processes,
introduced new production-line technology and co-launched a
Continuous Improvement (TPS type) initiative which solidified US
manufacturing in Spring Grove with a three year cumulative
saving of $18 million.
. Expanded the regional operations in Florida, California and El
Paso to enhance border crossing services, engaged C-TPAT and
create increased customer service in the Industrial channels.
. Championed recent NAC (North American Consolidation) I&II

the supply chain, decreasing over-all cost of ownership by 40%
