Business Analyst - Business Plan Development
WBGN is a new and growing TV station providing
programming to western PA via Comcast Cable systems
and traditional tower broadcasting. Performed
business analysis functions and developed a
financial business model to maximize growth of a 10
million dollar annual budget, forecasted over a 5
year period. The business plan is currently being
successfully presented to financial institutions in
order to raise a $2.5 million cash infusion into the
station. Responsible for developing enterprise-wide
plans for various growth strategies, using sales
projection models and recommending possible future
diversification opportunities. Business plans were
developed with Excel, Word, and presented with
PowerPoint in the Microsoft Vista operating

C.Lantros Restaurant 1/2004 - 12/2006
Owner/Operator
C.Lantros was a start-up "fast casual" concept,
specializing in an upscale Mexican experience for
diners. The restaurant and bar served high quality,
fresh Mexican-style food products prepared in an
open kitchen environment. Developed and implemented
procedures to facilitate the handling of perishable
food inventory, including the purchase of food
items, vendor supply chain, PAR quantity levels,
storage and distribution of multiple food products
to restaurant and customers. Completed the
"SERV-SAFE" food course on the proper methods of
food preparation and handling. Responsible for all
aspects of the business including budgeting, food
purchasing, vendors, inventory control, invoice
processing, accounting, Point-of-Sale technology,
information systems reports, concept development,
restaurant design, construction, equipment,
staffing, operations, marketing, and over all
implementation and ongoing operation of the new
concept. The restaurant grossed over $750,000
dollars annually and was located in Houston, TX.

strategically built utilizing newly available .NET
application development software and Microsoft XP
Professional operating system technology.
Responsible for the development of all application
software, business analysis, web-site design, system
architecture, operating procedures, 24/7 customer
help desk and client sight installations. The
restaurant point of sales (POS) software included
functions such as order taking via touch screen,
cash management, supply chain management, security,
time keeping, employee scheduling, accounting,
audit, and inventory control. This application
utilizes .NET technology, SQL, Access databases,
Visual Basic and Crystal.

Chief Technical Officer (CTO)
Profits Restaurant Systems was a start-up company
that sold over 500 POS implementations in
restaurants around the country. The company was
acquired by Vital Link (ASP) Systems of San
Francisco in 2000 for $11 million dollars. When sold
to VitalLink, Profits Restaurant Systems employed 30
people. PrOitS was the first commercially available
restaurant POS system in the country to implement an
ASP business model. Responsible for application
development, sales, marketing, installation,
web-site, and 24/7 customer help desk support. Thin
client touch screen workstations connected to
Windows based NT servers with CITRIX, via CITRIX
Meta-frame thru Virtual Private Networks (VPN) over
the Internet. Application software was developed
utilizing Visual Basic, Access database, and Crystal
reports
Exxon Company USA 12/1985 - 12/1996
IT Project Manager - Contract
Member of a senior task force consisting of Exxon
executives. Project teams worked to develop business
analysis of mission critical and information
sensitive initiatives, utilized to determine field
profitability and asset management. The results were
instrumental in the overall reorganization of the
company. In addition, designed, developed,
implemented and supported various other projects for
enterprise-wide Exxon upstream financial systems
(GL, AR, AP, Inventory, and Tax). Systems included:
Asset Management System, Gas Financial System, Oil
Financial System, Gas Plant Liquids (GPL), Pipeline
Inventory Control System, and Pipeline Accounts
Receivable/Payables. Application development was
performed utilizing FOCUS, COBOL, PL1, ISPF in the
MVS/TSO (online), JCL (batch) and VM/CMS mainframes
environments.
