Discover Card Services, Inc. - Marketing/Product Manager
1986 - 1988
. Developed and launched Travel Services, a loyalty, retention and
activation program for the card base. As team leader, directed the
development of a travel services program for the cardholder base.
Through direct marketing increased bottom-line revenue by $12M and
surpassed membership goals during the introductory period.
Banking: Prior to Discover Card I spent 10 years working for a $1B bank in
Installment Lending. As Vice President I developed and built a Credit Card
Division which quickly became the 2nd largest contributor to the bank's
bottom line. The bank, which is located in South Bend, IN is now part of
Key Corporation.
