F und to impose retroactive assessments upon approximately twenty former employer

members, saving those members hundreds of thousands of dollars in assessments.

Journal, December 1994 edition). Publication of this article precipitated

curative legislation re-establishing three-year statute of limitations for non-

medical professional malpractice (see, McKinney’s Cons. L. of N. Y., L.1996, c.
