Platform/Tool: Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA

Responsibility:

. Designed and FEA Analyzed roots type supercharger by using

Pro/ENGINEER and Pro/MECHANICA.

. Solid modeling of roots type supercharger rotor, case and Teflon seal

by using Pro/ENGINEER.

. Performed structural analysis by applying loads and fixture to a model

hole at high volume production rate include wire loading, wire

straightening and wire inserting mechanism by using Pro/ENGINEER part

modeling.

. Designed a Roller to load a wire with part modification using
