. Designed and implemented a cost-effective electronic discovery plan in
a $500 million fraud case requiring the production of millions of
documents and reconstruction of foreign exchange transactions. .
. Recent cases including arguing successful motions to dismiss for: (i)
a financial services company accused of fraud, affirmed on appeal and
(ii) energy company in employment dispute, also upheld on appeal.
. Developed and presented in-house CLEs on e-discovery and for outside
CLE providers. Mentored and educated firm lawyers on e-discovery.
. Broad litigation experience including securities, financial fraud,
commercial transactions, employment, and intellectual property
matters. Clients have included individuals, start-ups, and public
companies.
. Conducted investigations into market timing, insider trading, and
other sensitive regulatory issues for financial institutions.
