• Master Instructor, Instructor Supervisor and Curriculum Developer for the Chem/Bio and
Nuclear Weapons divisions - Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal (NAVSCOLEOD).
• Managed staff of six featuring instruction design specialists, graphic artists, software designers,
and instructors. Prepared computer-based and traditional technical and professional training
material systems used to train 850+ first responders annually.
• Project Manager/Curriculum Developer – Developed Advanced Improvised Explosive Device
Defeat (AIEDD) course. Managed $6.6M explosives and radiological agent training facility.
