(live and design) site database with software snapshot

database. Integration of site RF configuration for

quality, capacity and expansion sites projected over the

following budget year (site database(CDMA and iDEN),

site configuration(CDMA and iDEN), current frequency

plan (iDEN), projected reduced-spectrum iDEN frequency

plan, site modification updates (CDMA and iDEN),

. (Automatic Cell Planning) ACP Optimization/Design

Rollout [CDMA EVDO and iDEN]. In charge of setting up

proper project parameters, site database and traffic

demand grids for the optimization launch of ACP.

in light of blocking, traffic covered, suggested

adjustments (power, tilt, azimuth, height, antennae

. Frequency Planning Software support. Responsible for

developing Visual C++ tools and Visual Basic software

from scratch to assist the Southern California iDEN

Frequency Planning engineers with Airgen Switch import

files, CellOpt import files and Wizard propagation

export files. Developed XML company intranet reports for

various market iDEN RF managers to monitor entry errors,

missing parameters and mismatched entries.

. Umbrella Cells Project. In charge of assisting iDEN

performance engineers by designing and implementing

spectrum-efficient umbrella cells for key market areas

with significant call drops, heavy traffic and tiered

distinct traffic mobility.
