Responsibilities:
As Collections Associate for 2,800 homeowners, I discussed payment
solutions with delinquent property owners to include negotiating payment
plans. Contacts with delinquent property owners were made through
collection calls, emails, delinquent letters, etc. I was involved in
court filings of warrants in debt, court hearings, notices of
satisfaction, lien releases, etc.
Accomplishments:
. Created several Excel reports and processes to include pending
payment plans, delinquent payment plan tracking, monthly payment
plan activity summary, payment plan satisfaction summary.
. Created in Power Point monthly aging reports comparing year over
year better/worse charts.

Responsibilities:
As Accounts Receivable (AR) Hub Director for TV Stations Division totaling
25 stations and supporting over 400 internal customers, my responsibilities
included but were not limited to: supervising credit manager staff,
recording revenue, billing, collections for approximately 2000 accounts,
credit acceptance or denial for new customers, adherence to General
Electric (GE) policy compliance for master client data, ensuring internal
and external customer satisfaction.
Accomplishments:
. Utilized a GE tool to develop a workflow process for screening new
clients and capturing accurate billing data before master data input
into our traffic and accounting systems.
. AR Hub averaged for 2007, 2008, and 2009 a day sales outstanding (DSO)
of 62 days. Industry standard for media is 90 days.
. Applied subject matter expertise in moving to a new traffic system -
worked with programmers to develop functionality geared to our
business, and successfully tested and installed changes.
. Applied subject matter expertise in successfully migrating to SAP.
Numerous system changes were made as a result of my involvement.
. Created a billing reconciliation template to accurately record revenue
for 25 stations - Six Sigma rating.
. Instrumental in creating numerous tracking reports for client dispute
resolution and billing adjustments.
. Reduced bad debt reserve balance over the first 3 quarters of 2009 on
accounts acquired within previous 15-months.
