their account. Provide each member with the best customer service. Reorder cards for a member when

opening and closing procedures in a short time including; ordering cash on a daily basis for shipment, assist
with shipment from vault services, review and print out Teller Balancing reports and daily rate sheets for all
associates, balance at end of day and lock up all sensitive customer information as well as locking and setting
alarm for the bank. Assist customers with questions regarding account fee’s, overdraft policy, and informing
all customers about new accounts based on qualifications. Strived to exceed personal goal for referrals for

5 Months- Customer Service Representative: Handled all customer concerns before calling for management,
processed returns with and without receipts, processed all damaged and broken items to be sent out of the
store. Being able to assist customers and associates while being under a lot of pressure and the ability to gain
knowledge of the companies software with have little to no assistance.
1 Month-Cashier: Totaling the amount of merchandise a customer purchased, charging the consumer that
amount and then collecting payment for the merchandise. Solicit company credit card to help reach store goal
by enticing customers about the benefits of the charge card.
