Accounts Receivable/Office Administrator
Provided Administrative Office Support to the owners of the company;
responsible for daily billing, bank deposits and heavy customer service
interaction. Light accounting, input of sales orders into the Vista
software system; handle all incoming phone calls; assist all clients with
questions, forward to appropriate department or handle independently.
Research billing questions and verify shipping of clients products. Order
all office supplies and provide any other office support as necessary.

Human Resources Coordinator
Acted as an integral part of the HR team, providing administrative support
to 2 Directors and 2 Managers; this entailed scheduling meetings,
international teleconferences, making travel arrangements, typing
correspondence (most of urgent and confidential in nature), processing
PO's, order all department office supplies, maintained confidential
employee files; also worked with Fragomen Del Ray on work permits. Handled
all exit interviews (except for those at Director Level at above), prepared
severance letters & packages, ran ad hoc reports out of the HR data base as
requested. Also was the e-University Administrator for the division (this
was our internal training system) I ran reports, sent reminders to
employees, sent updates to departments heads, updated metrics by area to
Board, reset passwords. Stepped in and acted on behalf of Manager/Director
at their request for the urgent pressing issues. Managed the Affirmative
Action Plan for two years during which time J&J would reconfigure its
organization and have reductions in force. As J&J migrated to a universal
payroll system, I was a key member (for the Malvern site) on the team to
work on the roll-out strategy and fielded many questions on the ground
floor up to the Board Level and back to the working sessions.

Human Resources/Payroll Coordinator
Managed bi-weekly payroll functions within Human Resources in conjunction
with J&J Shared Services using the Lawson Payroll System; this entailed
balancing the payroll of over 4,000 employees to ensure all special
payments have been processed. Additionally, process approximately 300 time
sheets for wage employees. Manage Disability pay while employees out on
leave; all this done in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). Provided data
input of all Human Resources transactions (i.e. New Hires, Transfers,
Promotions, etc.) to the HR database(s) ensuring data integrity and
accuracy. Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining the HR metrics
in support of all HR activity.
