Worked in this family owned department store chain in the housewares and

children's department. Cashiering, customer service and sales were the main

components of my job.

Bookkeeping, working with clients to resolve issues in this sales and

marketing company. Sales and Marketing support.

Sales Associate, Imaginarium: San Jose, CA 1989-1990

Hired as a part time Christmas sales associate, and was asked to stay on

full time. This high end, creative toy store was a great experience in

dealing with customers & their children. I really enjoyed helping them find

the perfect gift.

Receptionist, Zischke Organization: San Francisco, CA 1977-1980

Greeted clients, answered switchboard, and errands for executives for an

actuarial company. Dealt with clients from many Fortune 500 companies. A

fantastic opportunity with a wide range of duties that always made this job

interesting.
