CCTV Services: Melville, N.Y. / $1200 week Salary, $250 a sale, + $175 per extra

location, overrides, & referral pay ($100 a sale)

Telemarketing Manager and Top Phone Salesman…

July 08 to March 7th 2011

• This is the same company & owners of Freedom Security below... My

position is the same. My job description is the same. The company switched

names after a few years.

• I manage a sales team that I put together, after A LOT of interviews… -

trained, motivated, t/o phone deals to close appointment, & as well, designed

scripts & rebuttals for them to be the best they can be.

• I hire, train, motivate & teach others to succeed the way I do. I listen in on

calls & T/O to get the deal done! I, as well, hold meetings in the mornings… -

I put a team “real” team together… -

• As well as managing and helping others succeed, I am a top producer. I am

on the phones all day using different sources to make the necessary contacts

to succeed, including time management as well, very important in this

industry. I am an upbeat person and understand we all want to succeed, I

just want to continue my success with a company that has the same goals, to

always grow @ a pace where the growth is all quality… - I love being on the

phones, it’s what I love to do, I guess that’s why it comes natural.

• DEFININETLY BROUGHT COMPANY TO ANOTHER LEVEL…

America’s Insurance Directory:

Westbury, N.Y./ 57k Salary, over rides & commissions

Telemarketing Manager and Top Producer –November 2007 –July 2008

• Created telemarketing department

• Designed telemarketing scripts & rebuttals to sell space on our directory to

insurance agents

• Called about 100 or more insurance brokers – bringing them aboard our

directory

Although it was a great start, unfortunately the ownership partnership failed, they

closed. One of the owners was in management from Freedom Security he knew I can

do the job. As well, people were not getting leads as promised, to me, there would be

no residual income (I realized after time) doing it the way they did and today

customer service and satisfaction has to come first to get the referrals and repeat

business. My idea is to grow every year. My instincts were correct.

Interstate Home Loan Center: Hicksville, N.Y. / 35k Salary + commissions

Senior Loan Officer – July 2006 – May 2007

• Used dialing system to produce sales leads making 100+ phone calls a day,

some cold calling, some warm or hot leads.

• Worked deals on Energizer, and closed deals

• Top Producer as well

Freedom Security: Minneola, N.Y. / 60k Salary + over rides + comm.

Telemarketing Manager- November 2000 –June 2006

• Created Telemarketing Department

Designed telemarketing scripts and rebuttals

Trained and managed sales floor & tapped in to close deals

Dedicated motivational speaker & mentor to staff

Award winning achievements in Productivity, Sales goals, & Motivational

skills

This started out as a seven person inside sales team, I was one the telemarketers on the

phone setting appointments for the outside salespeople.

The company grew into 40 telemarketers and I was one of the managers being I was the top

producer, I never seen anything grow so fast, too fast they went out of business with failure

to be able to service all their customers. As well, there was a revolving door as outside

salespeople tried opening their own business.

This was probably one of the greatest experiences of my career for a number of reasons that

made me what I am today…

Global Rare Coins: Babylon, N.Y. / 150k++ Annually!

Founder & President 1995-1999

Sold rare Gold & silver coins in a self – motivated environment.

Persistently reached sales targets

Generated six figure incomes consistently.

Basically, I was cold calling people from lists that either bought coins somewhere or have

interest in collecting gold and silver rare coin collections. I made at least 100+ phone calls a

day to be successful. Everything is a numbers game, you call enough people and get the

right contacts, the decision maker, you’re going to succeed, especially if you “have it”…

Rao’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria: Amityville, N.Y.

Counter person, cashier, Pizza man, Cook, & Manager

Started @ family owned business in High School

Did every job necessary to run a successful restaurant

Learned people skills, & general business essentials

Grew up in the pizzeria industry, which I guess, help form me into a people person, I’ve learned

to treat customers the way they should be treated, which is always my first goal, I made pizza,

cooked, and managed or “ran” the business for my dad.

As I got older, I learned how to sell, via coins, and I loved it, I was great at it and generated a

life experience financial change!

But, it had its time…

Anyway, my mom and dad eventually sold the pizzeria restaurant due to the hours it needed to be

successful. We were all tired as there was more than one location.

I’ve learned a lot, and treated people the way I wanted to be treated as a customer, so I learned

young that customer service and retention is very important, no matter the industry.

Thanks for your time, I appreciate it, and as I said, I know what it’s like trying to find the right

people. I’ve been there and know what people are looking for.

Good Luck and have a great day. I look forward to speaking to you!
