the basics of bike riding, safety, and maintenance.

including Stone Mountain Park, the CNN Center, and

the Atlanta Farmers Market.

- Oversee a group of 20 children, ages 6-14.

- Teach outdoor survival skills and African drum

lessons.

- Assist with special projects such as go-cart

assembly.

perfecting swim

Plan events to promote awareness of the Arabic

culture. Participant in Arabic tutoring program

between upper and underclassmen.

Fall 2008-2009 Muslim American Culture Club

Educate the student body on the fundamental practices

and teachings of Islam and work to clear up any and

all misconceptions about Islam.

Fall 2008-2009 Model United Nations

Simulate United Nations conferences, investigate

international issues, and develop negotiation and

conflict resolution skills. Represented Syria at the

2008 Georgia State Model UN Competition.

Fall 2008-2009 History Club

Participate in historical discussions and debates.

Winter 2009-Present Environmental Science Club

Works in conjunction with different Atlanta based

environmental improvement groups to complete

projects.
