During training in UB group's United spirit limited Hathidah, bihar, i have undergone the need of packaging material, its

specification, method of quality verification rules and weight and measure, also on line verification of packaging quality

and

quality assurance of product with brief knowledge about industrial production of ethyl alcohol by fermentation.

Technologies Used: UV-spectroscopy, chemical test to check the raw material and final product, technology used in

demineralized water plant(DMW plant), sampling and statistical analysis of packaging material,Fermentation technology

for

molasses and malt spirit production
