Audiology, Oral Pathology, Oral Surgery, Podiatry, and Ophthalmology. Interview and hire new staff, prepare and
conduct annual performance reviews, and ensure staff adheres to proper nursing standards at all times. W ork
closely with multi-disciplinary team members, including Clinical Chief, Vice President of Operations, and Lead

Nurse Manager – Registered Nurse (2006-2010)
Developed new singular department from the ground up for the hospital, known as the Admission Control Center.
Department launch involved designing new procedures to streamline the insurance verification and prior
authorization processes for surgical patients, on a hospital-wide basis. Interviewed and hired new staff. Closely
monitored surgical schedules to ensure adherence to interqual guidelines. Collected requested data and
prepared monthly spreadsheets for senior administration.
Clinic Manager – Registered Nurse (2004-2006)
Supervised 11 staff members in variety of Nursing Departments, including Otolaryngology, Allergy Lab, Family
Practice, Podiatry, and Psychiatry. Served in dual role, additionally working as Primary Nurse for a physician
