. I worked tutoring undergraduates by editing their term/thesis papers. My
skills for this job included my ability to be able to handle multiple
concurrent projects on a tight schedule, and work simultaneously with

undergraduate tutors. I demonstrated a willingness to be an effective

balancing appointments, customer service, and office duties that
included the filing of personal/legal documents. Transcription work
was another accentual part of this job. The proven skills that I
demonstrated in this job were the ability to manage my time, perform
effective communication, and the ability to multi-task.

. As an Office Assistant I helped answer phones, make copies, file
documents, and work in Microsoft excel to update faculty databases.
One major responsibility was being an editor for the Faculty
Technology Catalogue issued in the Faculty Center. This job required a
full knowledge and ability to work in Microsoft Office Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Publisher, and the internet. These skills helped me to
work with Senior Colleagues who allowed me to work on the editing
project of the Faculty Technology Catalogue.
