Construction/Rearrangement Project to complete in the same time frame,
without manufacturing interruption.

EARLIER BACKGROUUND
Prior to 1991, served in Facilities for Plants 6, 7 and 9 with
responsibilities for all central utility systems, plus all grounds
maintenance, indirect material cribs and hazardous waste disposal.
Worked two years in Plant Engineering, doing cost tracking, budget
forecasting and budget development for the Kokomo - Plant Engineering
Maintenance organization. Forecasting included monthly through five-year
plans.
Production Maintenance Manager for the Plant 8, 10, Waste Water Treatment
and Manufacturing operations. Established Skilled Trades Technical
Training, established segmented departmental budgeting, spare parts
reclaiming operations, spare parts inventory systems and started/staffed
the Maintenance operations for the Fab 3 Manufacturing building.
Worked as a Skilled Trades Construction Supervisor rearranging and
installing manufacturing equipment in both old and new facilities.
Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor for Manufacturing Assembly, Die
Casting, Presses and Plastic Molding.
As an Electrician, was assigned Die Cast, Plastic Molding, Speaker
Manufacturing and Radio Assembly troubleshooting activities. Experienced in
the construction and calibration elements of the electrical field.
