I have a wealth of experience relating to the past 15 years in Software

Development, Database Development, and AutoCAD Design in relation to

Engineering; domestic and international natural gas and oil specifically

Mechanical Equipment, Process Pipeline, Product and Civil/Structural 2d and

3d Solid Model Design. This would include fabrication and/or manufacturing

of products and equipment design (electrical, steel, aluminum, and

plastics). I have been involved in establishing design and drafting

standards, optimizing data use, and improving design and drafting processes

to improve overall product deliverable while helping meet client deadlines

for projects. As a Project Coordinator and Designer, part of my

experience in developmental standard included administrative, technical

drawings, and document control of all vendor drawings, BOM(s) and

financials. In the process of my experience I have over 5 years of

environmental study with OSHA and EPA as an environmental field technician

and a health and safety officer. This included loss prevention and OSHA

regulations auditor.

Responsibilities include working closely with engineers to evaluate and

update standards as well as startup and updating 2d and 3d drawing for

Civil/Structural and Mechanical. This would include

. Creation of pipeline site supports, structures, steel clamps, and

civil/architectural structures, mechanical pipeline from 1" to 36" in

diameter and equipment components such as ball valves, ball valves,

plug valves, pressure valves, filters, scrubbers, cooler(s),

. Designed and developed all drawings which included detail drawings,

Assisted engineer's and lead designers for the ongoing design of compressor

and metering stations with plot key plans, grading, and boring area plans.

With this included updating and accounting for every supports, steel beam,

and rebar count in accordance with the applied schedules for each project.

All detail section drawings were created based on section cuts of the 3d

models. Structural buildings were modeled and all steel and/or equipment

were incorporated to a bill of material. Interacted with mechanical and

electrical designers in completion of each package to coordinate all

pipeline and structures were in accordance to survey data. Overall design

work consisted of mechanical, civil/structural, architectural, HVAC,

plumbing, and electrical design and details.

2005 - 2007 - Sr. Cad Designer/Project Coordinator - H&H Valve, Inc.,

Houston, Texas Responsibilities included design of mechanical module for

the oil and gas industry. This included:

. Created all mechanical modules for oil and gas equipment using CadWorx

and AutoCad & Inventor.

. Design measurements of mechanical components parts were created by

using micrometers and calipers for accuracy for use of the CNC

machines, legths, and fabricators.

. Inspected all parts based on State approved specification for all oil

and gas equipment and/or parts used for field purposes as per state

regulations.

. Design of liner hangers as per client specifications. This includes

the expansion tool, parent casing, and main liner. Liners included

Cement Liners, Displace Plug, Expand Liner Hanger, Expansion

Complete/Release Liners. Each model was designed based on precise

dimensions using calipers, micrometers, Inventor and Solid Works.

. Provided Bill of Material for number of equipment requested which

included ordering material (steel, aluminum, and miscellaneous

material).

. Prepares working layouts and master drawings of components,

assemblies, or systems from specifications, prior layouts, defined

sketches, 3D models, and verbal instructions.

. Provided Client and Vendor(s) with information required for invoicing

and drawing control packages.

. Established database and document control files based on client orders

with catalog system using Microsoft Access.

equipment for measurement purposes. Equipment ranged from hydraulic

and manual tongs and all moving parts used on off short and land

platforms. This included liner hangers, diesel motors, and tongs.

. Created actual virtual offshore drilling platform with products and

diesel motors for marketing purposes using Inventor.

. Assisted in creating data base and catalog for clients and vendor use

in house data base software for document control purposes.

2001 - 2003 - Sr. Cad Technician/Project Coordinator - Watco, Inc. Odessa,

Tx - Responsibilities included design of various Rig Trucks. This

included:

. Design of truck beds with pull poles for various types of trucks.

. Designs were models in 3d and 2d models with sections and details of

all parts using CadWorx and AutoCAD.

. Using calculations to determine weight and PSI were determined based

on load and allowed accurate design of truck and pole weight.

. Provided Bill of Material for proper ordering of steel and additional

miscellaneous parts.

. Provided detail drawings for fabricators which included inspection of

parts after fabrication using micrometers and calipers.

. Inspected trucks with test of lifting of rig to verify truck design

could withstand rig in accordance to specifications provided by

client. All inspections were completed based on OSHA and Texas
