Examples of projects led
1. Automation of employee suggestions management, using database
management, which encompassed their submission, review, disposition
and record maintenance. During this project a user requirement
analysis was done, cost/benefits analyzed, systems selection,
planning, risk analysis, execution and reporting were carried out.
This project saved the company over $ 50K per annum and won laurels
from management.
2. New product introduction during which a feasibility analysis, ROI
study, etc. were done. This project was done across countries and
involved design, engineering, marketing and production personnel.
Stages of the project included estimation, planning, risk management,
execution and reporting using MTA and S-curve.
3. Deployment worldwide of a Quality training program for employees in
all the manufacturing sites. This project lasted 2 years and it
started with analyzing the need, convincing management of the need and
getting their buyoff, selecting experts as trainers and as part of the
project team and executing the project after detailed planning.
