engine based decision server implemented using UNIX and Oracle.
This Engine will decision the Credit Limit of the applications
received via mail, voice response units and third party vendors,

application is approved, based on the Credit Limit and if the
application has Balance Transfer (BT), CAPSTONE will decision the
Credit Card Application which comes through Get My Card web site
and BT results will respond back to the Customer with Approved BT
