Technical Supervisor 2:

As the Focus Coordinator maintained production and provided direction to 3 Supervisors and their direct reports

to the 4 functional areas of a 8” semiconductor fabrication area. Used reports and production priority software to

identified key shortfalls, provided written and oral instruction to increase productivity, adhered to shipping

requirements, negotiated and scheduled equipment downtime. Communicated with the area equipment and

engineering groups to schedule equipment interventions to provide the lowest tool impact on productivity.

Provided written communication with the area and fabrication managers on a daily basis with tool statuses,

priority decisions and justifications for production line and tool adjustments. Administered and maintained

personnel records, timecards, corrective actions, performance activities. Conducted daily shift meetings to define

priorities, coordinate scheduled events and delegate responsibilities to direct reports. Emergency Response Team

member and Incident Command trained.
