Responsible for the day-to-day operations of 20
separate social service and education companies across
the country. Supervise 10 Directors and one Regional
Director ensuring that all HR, IT, Communications,

Receivable matters are addressed appropriately.
Responsible for analyzing and addressing monthly
financial statements. Manage all marketing and growth
initiatives ensuring quarterly revenue and margin
targets are met.

Vice President of Support Services
Responsible for all National Purchasing contracts,
acting as the liaison between vendors and operations.
Managed a budget of over $175 million in assets and
contracts. Negotiated contracts with multiple National
vendors such as PHH, Ford, US Bank, Shaw Flooring,
Staples, Sears and others. Monitored monthly P&L's to
ensure the company employed the most cost effective
purchasing approaches. Launched a new pharmacy which
reached over $40 million in sales in just two years
