for an automated cost estimation tool. Expected annual savings are in

excess of $ 300,000.

- Applied, for the first time in Siemens, Monte Carlo Simulation to test

the reduction in cycle time with the absence of new data. Also, adapted

Weibayes Analysis to test the reduction in cycle times with few data

points.

- Developed and delivered training on Process Simulation and Lean

Manufacturing.

- Conducted training and coaching for Black Belt, Green Belt and Design for

Six Sigma training classes at Siemens.
