EXPERIENCE
Office-
I had worked at customer service for 5 years at Caldor's which
is no longer in business. I was front end manager there.
I sharpened interpersonal and human relation skills while assisting
and responding to customers. I answered phones and dealt with the
public extensively. I promoted extraordinary relationships with the
public as well as employees. I determined price strategy and markup
by use of computer. I managed 10 cashiers while being front end
manager.
While working at school I worked in the office where I answered
phones, greeted parents, sorted mail, copied, and scanned documents. I
also filed the student's folders, mailed bills, handed out checks,
took messages and of course ran errands.
