My goal as the Nursing Supervisor is to use my experience in a clinical

nursing setting, and as a manager and supervisor to increase company

productivity and decrease financial responsibility. Patience, self-

discipline and effective communication skills allow me to efficiently

interact with all levels of staff. Also, identifying and initiating

interdepartmental process improvements and the ability to analyze

statistical and financial reports are my forte.
