Talent Acquisitions/Recruiting & Management:
< Managed full life cycle recruiting process (nation-wide & local multi-
sites) from requisition to offer extension and on-boarding. Executed
strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such
as internet, advertising, employment agencies, internal and external
databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing and job fairs.
< Recruited senior exempt and non-exempt level positions within the Non-
profit sector and Manufacturing Industry. Some positions included:
Executive Directors, Marketing Managers, IT and Administrative
Positions, Chemical Engineers/Plant Managers, VP of Finance, Call
Center/Customer Service Reps, and various Sales Positions.
< Implemented cost effective sourcing strategies for identifying high
