important part of customer service. If the customer mentions a problem, the next step is to apologize. When someone

apologizes, it automatically ensures the customer that they are right and that problem will be taken care of. After apologies

are given, I immediately tell them that the problem will go away and ask if there is anything else that I can do for them. I am

also very good with mathematical work; it’s easy for me to handle inventory, deposits, and paperwork.

*Hobbies & Career Interests

• I am a very good artist, cook (old recipes and my own), writer and musician. I have a lot of artwork and would like to share

them in studios and other art related areas. I have a lot of recipes and hope to open a new restaurant someday. I've been

working on a book that is based on the advancements and evolution of the mind. I hope to get my doctrine for it. I play the

guitar and write my own music. I am very advanced at all computer skills and love to type and can do so by a 40 wpm scale.

My true aspiration in life is to become a published author.
