as well as executing joint prosecution agreements for the Personal Injury

Managing the handling, negotiating, and settlement for automobile losses
nationwide. Responsible for handling financial reserves and forecasting for
losses and investigating details and researching extensively into the
details and facts of each incident.
Gather evidence and data pertaining to the loss, background investigations,
analyze the incident and write Negotiation Strategies which include
recommendations and guidelines for handling and settlement.
Trained newly hired employees in the daily functioning and handling of the
Negotiating process. This training is an intense twelve month process of
training new hires on every level of the Negotiation Representative
Process. I have revamped and implemented new training processes for all
newly hired representatives and created several new job aids in order to
train new and current employees.
Responsible for property damage resolution and settlements as well as the
pursuit of timely monetary recovery. Based on my measured results in this
production based environment, I achieved a ranking within the top 5% of
peers nationwide. Tenure with Allstate ended May 21, 2010 due to lay off.
