Pentair Logistics Restructuring: Evaluated and purchased portable data

collection equipment at Pentair. Resulted in time saving of 75%. Brought

logistics in-house from outsourced vendor and saved 6% annually on freight

costs. Shipped $20.7M of product in one month achieving company record.

Overall Quality Level (OQL) Project: Interfaced with largest Workrite

Uniform customer and managed process to move their entire auditing system

in-house. Monitored data for every shipment going to their distribution

center (DC). Significantly improved support and commitment in providing top

quality product.

Audit System Integration: Integrated Workrite Uniform parent-company

auditing system at contractors and distribution centers. Allowed for

evaluation of in-bound quality data. Remote locations management was not
