At on-site healthcare I performed many duties. They are as follows but are not limited to
what is listed. I collected accurate patient chart prep and histories; vital signs, with basic
assessment skills and assisted with minor procedures. I also scheduled patients on a
computerized network and facilitated specialty referrals and visits. In addition I
administered immunizations, allergy injections, and medication as needed. This urgent
care performs DOT, sports, and schools physicals in which I assisted in the completion
by collected basic information, vitals, vision tests, and a UA. Also assisting with well
women exams, performing flu tests, mono, strep tests, ECG’s, and performing blood
draws.

Clinical Research Technician

Charles River Clinical Services Northwest conducts clinical research trials, which test
the effects of investigational drugs on volunteers. As a clinical research technician I was
responsible for a wide range of duties. As part of the study procedures, participants will
be monitored on a regular basis, which is where my duties begin. This will be done by
taking blood and urine samples and by blood pressure, temperature and ECG
measurements. Also monitoring there meals and exercise levels. Each different drug
study has specifications on their daily activities and procedures depending on which
study they are participating in.

Including but not limited to: Patients past and present medical history/conditions, urine

Also I completed corporate health and wellness screenings. On site biometric
screenings, full blood draw/spin down, finger sticks using cholestech results, bone
density scans, and vitals. On completion of their screening I coach them on their results

If you have ever spent any time in a hospital emergency room, you know how chaotic it
can be. With patients streaming in with varied levels of emergency, it takes an
organized, calm, and efficient individual to keep it all straight. That was a huge
responsibility I handled very well but along with that there were many others. I recorded
patient information and quickly entered it into the hospital database so it can be
retrieved for future reference. I knew and completed procedures for admitting,
transferring, and discharging patients. I also was able to assign and manage hospital
beds. In addition I verified insurances and collected copays.

Plasma Phlebotomist
Full Time 40 Hours/Wk. Salary- 15.00 Hr.
I monitored and evaluated operations and provided feedback to management. Proper
setup of all equipment and disposed of supplies appropriately. I completed site
preparation and phlebotomy according to established procedures. After I disconnected
and disposed of all contaminated disposable equipment. In addition I accurately
completed all necessary documentation.
