ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Created the first automated report in Televerde history reducing administration time by 30%.
• Mentored other report writers and graduated them from Excel pivot tables to SQL reporting services.
• Developed the first Xcelsius interactive dashboard for clients, which I then automated to perform across any campaign or client
base.
• Developed an automated scorecard report for Logicalis. The report is a pipeline scorecard submitted to HP monthly to determine
partner funding. This report required data collection from 25 sales reps. Previously this was manually coordinated and merged into
multiple Excel spread sheets. This process required 7 to 10 days from the executive management to complete and deliver to HP. I
designed a web form on Televerde's secure portal for Logicalis’ sales reps to log on and input into a Televerde database of individual
sales pipeline information. I then extracted and exacted the data to automatically generate a scorecard report. All formulas were
applied in SQL Reporting Services. All management now has to do is log into the site and download the scorecard into Excel,
reducing executive time from days to minutes.
• Created a flash presentation of this new scorecard report and demonstrated the flexibility of this new process at the HP Solution Elite
Partner Summit in 2008 held in Texas.
• In 2008 I was awarded Televerde’s MVP trophy.
