I have 12 years international marketing and product development experience

for US global companies : luxury & entertainments sectors.

. Currently Watch making for luxury brands for LVMH group : Kenzo

. OEM project development for luxury, entertainment and sport global

marketer in product development liaising with Asia Sourcing ( fashion

accessories and home decor ).

Main responsibilities were as follows :

1. Market Surveys - according to market trends (product, price, promotion,

place : 4 P ) & sales performance analysis : initiate market

rationalization, pricing, positioning and product line extensions;

collection matrix, SKU management, product localisation, new product

categories launching and development for manufacturing

2. Merchandising - selling tools creation and brief packaging, monitoring

and assessment of the appropriate merchandising & sales support on the

local market;

3. P.R & Advertising - Implement media planning in accordance with the

brand media strategy; liasing with advertising agencies to carry out the

promotional activities, campaign and events. Prepare Trade Shows in Europe

or Asia and elaborate PR campaign. Online partnerships, CRM, website

5. Product Development - Definition and coordination of the annual Product

Department (from brief to approval, Collection Matrix per SKU) with sample

making to product development; Setting of quality standards for the product

Group.

6. Work closely with sales teams to keep track on the progress of campaigns

and other activities. I made decisions to ensure that the brand was well

represented by consistently providing high level service to our customers

and accounts. I had to prioritise and organize workflow adjusting to

changes in the business as needed : communication of the brand marketing

throughout the international sales network.

7. ASIA Area/Account Management : Liasing with overseas account, account

management on OEM, licenses and partnerships.

Work out Sales and A&P Budgets, P&L forecast, Pricing Policy, Margin and

Profitability. Retail management, Managing wholesalers and intermediaries.
