The past seven years with FIS as a Product Manager using various

development management methodologies to work directly with financial

institutional customers, project managers and programmers in Product driven

development. FIS is the leader for electronic host based stored value

cards with customers ranging from American Express and Wells Fargo to Simon

Malls and AAA Travelex.

Prior to this I worked for over 14 years in IT with the Diskeeper

Corporation. As the Director of Product Quality, I ran both the internal

quality assurance testing labs and the worldwide technical support

department. Analyzed and updated current testing procedures to meet

current technologies and coordinated, executed and supported all levels of

pre-release field testing. Liaised directly with top management, product

managers, developers and sales to ensure success of development efforts and

stored value product and business applications including solutions for

American Express, Wells Fargo, US Bank along with new players in the

prepaid arena such as Transcash and Green Dot.
