Clerk responsible for coding and entering invoices into ACCPAC, producing weekly checks and

generating weekly and monthly reports. Payment issues were resolved through telephone conversations,

emails or faxes with vendors. In 2/02, reassigned to Accounting Assistant position responsible for

entering and tracking A/R items in Quickbooks, acting as support to Sales Clerks, A/P Clerk and

providing clerical support to Payroll Clerk.

vendors. When Administrative Assistant wasn’t available, I was also responsible for creating Microsoft

Word documents for the CEO using a voice transcriber.
