Responsible for investigating alleged Chicago police and civilian employee

misconduct for the City of Chicago. Conduct thorough investigations of

allegation by interviewing complainant, witness, victim and accused to

substantiate relevant evidence. Gather, verify and establish relationships

of all facts. Investigate using complainant information, law enforcement

tools and witness interviews. During investigations obtain forensic and

documentary evidence. Canvass. Obtain squad car (in-car) camera, POD

camera, 911 OEMC transmissions, GPS, medical records, court documents and

log scans. Check leads and NLET database. Present findings in a written

summary digest using information that was obtained during the course of the

investigation. Testify in court.

Investigated incidents that occurred at the college. Articulated

information to Director of Campus Police in a timely and accurate manner.

by protecting students, administration and city property from all threats.

Responsible for enforcing over 200 federal laws covering title 18

violations

that adversely affect or fraudulent use of the U.S. mail or postal system.

Conducted complex investigations involving check washing schemes, check

cashing schemes. I conducted investigations of alleged bank fraud. As a

criminal investigator I was required to prepare memorandums of interview

and investigative memorandums (summaries) that were read by the U.S.

Attorney and Postal Management in order to determine disciplinary and

prosecutive actions would be taken. During investigations I obtained

documentary

evidence that was marked with an exhibit number, dated, initialed

and logged upon recovery. Conducted interviews and interrogations

of both postal employees and outside individuals. I worked independently

and collaboratively with external organizations and internal departments.

Made numerous arrest and testified in court.
