• Verify each morning that all systems are up and advise all locations of any delays
or faults on the systems.
• Receives and log all reports pertaining to faults on Customer Suite, Cashier for
Windows, Financial Information System, Geographical Information System and
IVR also on hardware, software, network; reports and stationery requests.
• Uses trouble shooting techniques to determine the nature of the problems being
experienced on any of the systems.
• Logs electronically all problems reported and assigns them to technical personnel
for resolution.
• Verifies that problems reported are attended to according to priority assigned and
follow up on the progress of technicians in resolving reported problems in order
to advise users accordingly and to log information relating to the number of
resolutions.

sent to local and overseas vendors.
