In this working environment I had to coordinate with my employees

frequently. I also was constantly attending to customer's needs and

helping them throughout our store.

2. Employer: StudentPainters.net

Location: North Portland (Maywood Park)

Description: I had to prepare and present a business plan with my pre-

season and season sales goals. My plan was one of the few that were

selected to present in front of the CEO and CFO of the company. I had to

recruit a painting crew consisting of college-age kids and then find work

for them. I had to generate my own money and jobs through cold-calling,

flier dropping, attending home shows at the Expo center, and many other

means of marketing. I also handled logistics and paperwork; I ran my own

business.
