deems necessary. Provide technical support when necessary to users who

have problems. Use Remote Access to help users when needed if too far

away. Repair computers when hardware goes faulty, overheat, etc.

Diagnose what hardware needs replaced and swap out for new.

of the night, gather up the computers and reset all of them for the next

Bingo session.
