. Sales Manager-Assists the Director of Sales to ensure that office

operations run smoothly. Makes outside sales calls on a weekly basis -

usually out of office 3 days a week. Also make internal (telephone)

sales calls. Organizes external and internal meetings and/or any other

related activities. Maintains accurate sales correspondence and

reports; maintains filing system according to the Trace System.

Handles group and meeting room reservation functions. Conducts hotel

tours, as requested; greets tour buses on a rotational basis. Manages

inter-departmental paperwork flow. Researches and gathers relevant

documentation on various ongoing projects ensuring proper and constant

follow-up. Analyzes, drafts, and produces various statistical sales

reports (i.e., sales comparison, sales bookings, etc.). Assists
