. Worked with department head and company founder on tooling procedures
for patent pending state-of-the-art, single piece carbon fiber wing,
and fuselage fabrication.
. Responsible for all design, analysis, and 3D drawings for the tooling
and internal wing structure using SolidWorks and Ideas.
. Wrote NC coding for all tooling and was responsible for all outcomes
and communications with technicians using Ideas.
. Presented the project to team members directly assigning tasks and
schedules.
. As key member of engineering team, compiled information for meetings
with virtual company and client, General Atomics and made
presentations on progress and new technologies.
. Worked with the shop team during the entire wing fabrication process;
managing documentation, draftsmen, programmers and team members.
. Responsible for barely visible impact damage (BVID) research and test
procedures for wing project.
. Developed plans and drawings for the implementation of the BVID test
