Operations Manager
Managed the daily operations of the company's 25 million in packaging sales
activities, and provided support to all departments. Worked directly with
the department heads from the President, V.P. Sales, Purchasing Supervisor,
Human resources and customer service management. Making sure that our
people from all departments kept quality and profitability standards while
achieving sales targets. I reviewed and monitored all onsite and remote
inventories to maximize turns and dramatically reduce slow moving items.
Incorporated Kanban and JIT inventory styles, and had purchasing partner
