messages and route them to the appropriate person, maintain a professional demeanor at all
times. Greet and screen visitors and handle requests, perform data entry/run reports of various
types on such programs as Access and Excel while working at front desk. Handling mail:
incoming and outgoing, ordering supplies, filing and tracking of orders for clients. Set up
conferences; send faxes and route incoming faxes to appropriate staff in a timely manner.

Providing Lifeline program general information, screen callers for eligibility, collect and data
entry of demographics, conduct optional surveys, document complaints, and provide service
provider transfers. Translate scripts. Providing Lifeline Program certification and verification
form instruction, research receipt and status of form submission, request new forms and provide
explanation of reason for denial.
