. Upgraded the LIHTCWeb (Low Income Housing Tax Credits) application from

legacy ASP pages to ASP.NET version 3.5. This included implementation of

KeyBank security standards, reusing the exiting KCM Reporting module with

the new bulk fax functionality as an enhancement. Upgraded Crystal

Reports 8.0 to Crystal XI and resolved issues inherited from the legacy

application. This helped to improve client experience. Significantly

improved application functionality and performance that helped

effectively run the business.

. Developed SQL scripts in SQL 2005 for complex data conversion in WorkLog;

a system for managing Real Estate business processes. Developed database

procedures for flexible task tracking, customizable approval routing and

automated email notification which improved productivity metrics.
