Duties Include: Supervise employees and over a hundred K- 5th grade

children, providing after school services to low income families, provide

different activities for children such as homework assistance, recreation,

academic enrichment, and read aloud, prepare incident notes and other

school related forms, provide information regarding policies and procedures

about the program. Conduct weekly staff meetings on changes within the

program and improvements, as well as evaluate staff on job duties. Hold

parent conferences and implement training to new recruits.
