This letter is my personal recommendation for Lula Gebremeskel. I had the pleasure of working with
Ms Gebremeskel for about 5 years at the Anderson Merchandisers Learning Center/Call Center. I
found her to be consistently pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile.
One of her duties was that of Receptionist. Besides being a joy to work with, Lula is a take-charge
person, although she did not directly report to me, she would often times assist me and several other
managers in the Call Center. Lula was always at her work station. Her attendance is excellent.
Because she assisted management, her level of confidentiality is excellent.
T hough she was an asset to our Call Center, Lula was also extraordinarily helpful in other areas of the
company. In addition to assisting the Call Center Departments, she assisted the Trainers in the
Learning Center environment, as well as management in the Home Office.
I h ighly recommend Lula for employment. She is a team player and would make a great asset to any
organization.
