2003-2004 . Shop Supervisor: Managed the day-to-day
operation of the shop to include scheduling of work
assignments. Project coordination with customers and
vendors. Purchased all raw materials, tooling and various
supplies. Ensured deadlines and quality standards were

SOLO Cup Company, Highland Park, Illinois
1997 - 2003 . Machine Shop Manager: Responsible for the
fabrication, maintenance, and troubleshooting of new and
existing tooling for all SOLO plants throughout the United
States\ Europe\Panama.
